Trust & security

Your meetings carry sensitive conversations. This page explains how Enaviya Meet protects them, what we do with AI, and the controls you and your administrators have.

Encryption

  • All web traffic, APIs and webhooks use HTTPS (TLS).
  • Audio, video and screen share are encrypted in transit with DTLS-SRTP.
  • Optional end-to-end encryption from the meeting's Security menu (Chromium-based browsers, up to 20 participants). While it is on, recording, live transcription and the AI Note Taker cannot capture the meeting.
  • Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 so receivers can verify they came from us.

Meeting access

  • Every meeting has its own ID and passcode; hosts get a separate moderator link.
  • Waiting room (lobby) so the host admits guests.
  • Hosts can mute, remove participants and end the meeting for everyone.
  • Webinar attendees join with personal registration links.

AI and your data

  • AI features (Note Taker, live transcription, summaries, Ask AI) are optional and controlled per meeting and per plan.
  • Transcripts are sent to our AI model provider only to produce your summary or answer; we do not use your meeting content to train models.
  • Summaries, transcripts and notes are visible to the meeting organizer, and shared only when the organizer sends a recap.
  • Uploaded audio/video for "notes from a recording" is transcribed and then discarded; only the transcript and summary are kept.

Retention you control

  • Recordings, notes and transcripts are available for your plan's retention period.
  • Users can delete their recordings and notes at any time.
  • Administrators can set automatic deletion rules for notes/transcripts/summaries, attendance, Q&A, recordings and the audit log.

Accountability

  • Audit log of sign-ins, failed sign-ins, user and role changes, API token and webhook changes, and meeting changes.
  • Personal API tokens are stored only as a one-way hash, can be revoked instantly, and show when they were last used.
  • Single sign-on with Google and Microsoft accounts.

Privacy rights

  • We process personal data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion under laws such as India's DPDP Act 2023 and the EU GDPR.
  • Email enaviyameet@enaviyatech.com for privacy requests or to report a security issue.
